WARRANTY POLICY
All JOYSTICK products are covered by a one (1) year limited warranty from the original date of purchase against defects in materials and workmanship.
This warranty applies only to products purchased through authorized JOYSTICK dealers and is valid only for the original purchaser. Products purchased through third-party marketplaces (including Amazon, eBay, Facebook Marketplace, etc.) or purchased secondhand are not covered under this warranty.
Any modification, alteration, or unauthorized repair of JOYSTICK products will void the warranty.
A valid proof of purchase from an authorized dealer is required for all warranty claims.
The following are not covered under warranty:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, or improper storage
Impact damage from rocks, rails, boxes, stumps, concrete, parking lots, urban features, or any surface other than snow
Cosmetic damage including scratches, chips, dents, fading, or discoloration
Damage caused by ski-to-ski contact
Damage caused by chairlifts, transportation, or travel
Normal wear and tear
Damage caused by solvents, adhesives, or chemicals
Broken or snapped skis/poles resulting from crashes or heavy impact
Any damage not directly related to defects in materials or workmanship
Consequential or incidental damages of any kind
Additional Warranty Terms
Any unauthorized modification or repair voids all warranty coverage.
Repaired or replaced products are covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
Handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
Warranty claims must include the original purchase receipt clearly identifying the dealer and purchase date.
Important Notice
Rock damage and all other impact-related damage — including damage caused by rails, boxes, urban features, or other terrain park elements — are not covered under warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on implied warranties or incidental damages, so certain exclusions listed above may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights which may vary from state to state.

RETURNS
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase you can return the item/s by UPS within 30 days of delivery. Products need to be unused, unwashed, unworn and in the original packaging.
In order for your return to be processed more quickly, please...
1) Contact joystick@joystickskiing.com about your requested return
2) Follow the shipping instructions that will be provided by Surface
3) Pack up your product carefully using the original packaging if possible. Remember to seal the parcel and place the pre-printed return label on the outside of the packing.
If you return the product in accordance with this return procedure, you will get a full refund within 48h of receiving the returned products at our warehouse.
