WARRANTY POLICY
All Joystick products are warrantied against manufacturing defects for one year from the original date of purchase.
This warranty applies only to products purchased by the original purchaser from an Authorized Joystick Dealer. Products purchased secondhand or through third-party marketplaces such as Amazon or eBay are not covered.
Proof of purchase from an Authorized Joystick Dealer is required for all warranty claims. The receipt or invoice must clearly identify the dealer. Handwritten receipts will not be accepted.
This warranty does not cover:
Damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, crashes, or uncontrolled impacts.
Impact damage from rocks, stumps, rails, urban features, parking lots, dumpsters, or any surface other than snow.
Scratches, chips, indentations, or other cosmetic damage.
Damage caused by ski-to-ski contact.
Graphic fading or discoloration resulting from misuse or neglect.
Damage caused by chairlifts.
Normal wear and tear.
Damage caused by solvents or adhesives.
Broken, damaged, or snapped skis or poles resulting from impact or crashes.
Any damage not resulting from a defect in materials or workmanship.
Consequential or incidental damages.
Any unauthorized modification, alteration, or change to a Joystick product voids the warranty.
Products repaired or replaced under warranty remain covered only for the remainder of the original warranty period.
ROCK, RAIL, URBAN FEATURE, AND OTHER IMPACT-RELATED DAMAGE IS NOT COVERED UNDER WARRANTY.
All warranties implied by state law, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose, are limited to the duration of this written warranty. Some states do not allow limitations on the duration of implied warranties, so this limitation may not apply to you. Except for warranties implied by state law as limited above, this express limited warranty is exclusive and replaces all other warranties, guarantees, agreements, or similar obligations of the manufacturer or seller. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, which may vary from state to state.

RETURNS
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you may return eligible items within 30 days of delivery. Products must be unused, unwashed, unworn, and in their original condition and packaging.
To start a return:
Contact joystick@joystickskiing.com with your order information and return request.
Follow the return shipping instructions provided by Joystick.
Carefully package your product, using the original packaging whenever possible, and securely attach the provided return label.
Once your return is received and inspected at our warehouse, eligible returns will be refunded to the original payment method within 48 hours.
Original shipping charges and return shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error by Joystick or a confirmed warranty issue.

United States: Ships from Vermont.
Canada: Ships from Quebec.
Rest of World: Ships from Vermont, USA.
DUTIES & TARIFFS
International orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Joystick.

Sales tax is collected where required by applicable state law.
