2008 02 23 : Home From Bralorne

posted by Anthony Boronowski
I got home from Bralorne 2 nights ago. Back to emails and phone calls.... I'm going back. I was really pumped to ski with Eric H. He's the most underrated skier in the industry, by far...

Here's some shots from the trip.
The lodge where we stayed at. Sled in Sled out. or Heli in Heli out.
The township of Bralorne.
Out the front window of our lodge.
Me and Hugo.
One of the great spines in Bralorne. I hit the one in the middle left...
Kirk was our guide. He's the man...
We built a bonfire to stay warm one day... our heli broke down if you can believe it...
Moonrise.
it's a shitty postcard shot... but it's the best one i've taken in awhile.

2008 02 20 : Bralorne

There are no updates because I'm in a place where no updates come from. One big one to come when I get home in 4 days.

I have read a book though... Cormac McCarthy's The Road. I haven't had time to read as of late, and no phone/internet has been quite conducive for reading. It's a good one. I'd recommend checking it out if you're stuck in a place with no phone or internet for a couple days.

2008 02 14 : Foundation

One more from my day in Vancouver. Dinner at Foundation with my friend Sara. One of my favorite restaurants in Van... all vegetarian, all time. Seriously so good. Whistler needs a Foundation, or Bralorne for that matter since I'm here for the next 8 days...

Still busy. I'll get back into it. I promise. But for now, I spent a day in Vancouver. The thing I love about Vancouver is that you can walk into a particular shop or restaurant and instantly feel like you're across the Pacific. Here's a couple shots from my day.

2008 02 06 : Drive to Aspen

posted by Anthony Boronowski
Well. It has been awhile. I've been busy. Part of the reason I've been busy is that I went to the X Games to watch my girl compete. I drove down to Aspen with Michelle Parker who'd been staying with me. Long ass drive. That's for sure. Damn.

Here's some shots.
Last views of Canada for a while. This is at that point in a road trip where you're still all stoked.
Michelle has a GPS in her truck and it kills it.
Gotta go to a diner on any roadtrip. Dennys was all we found.
Reminds me of Fargo a bit.
This shot and the next one are my postcard shots form the trip. Sorry in advance.
It's hard to shoot at night from the moving car... you can kinda see what i was going for...
My girl came 3rd... stoked for her.
